Hurricane Ida made landfall on the Louisiana coast as a Category 4 hurricane and continued northwest, leaving New Orleans without power and flooded communities with significant wind damage. Foursquare Disaster Relief immediately mobilized a response through our incredible Louisiana Foursquare churches, but the work is far from over.
Communities continue to need assistance repairing and rebuilding. Most of all, the people need the healing and comfort that can only come through Christ.
Ways to Get Involved
Never underestimate the power of prayer. Please pray for the people of Louisiana, that they’ll find hope and that they can swiftly return to their lives.
Volunteer to be a part of a mission team to Louisiana. There is still a great need for people willing to go as part of a response team and personally make a difference in the lives of those affected by this tragedy.
Your donation will go towards ensuring the vulnerable communities in New Orleans and beyond are able to have access to food and other necessities.
