Two powerful 7.5M earthquakes struck northern Venezuela on June 24, leaving widespread damage, loss of life, and thousands displaced. Due to severely damaged infrastructure, many communities across Caracas, Maracay, and La Guaira remain difficult to reach.
Within hours of the disaster, local Foursquare pastors and church members began responding in their own communities. They did not wait for help to arrive. Foursquare Disaster Relief is partnering with leaders on the ground as they open their doors, welcome displaced families, distribute thousands of hot meals, organize donations, transport supplies, and pray with people who have lost so much.
